Refund Policy and Returns
Thank you for shopping our Team Shop range. We strive to provide you with the highest quality merchandise that we have found. Please review our refund policy and returns terms and conditions carefully.
1. General Policy
All merchandise purchases are fulfilled by our partnered kit provider, EP Sports. Please note that our club is not directly responsible for the fulfilment, shipping, or returns of merchandise.
2. Returns
- Eligibility: Merchandise purchased from the Surrey Stingers Team Shop cannot be returned as all items are custom-made to order.
- Exceptions: Items that are faulty or have a valid defect can be returned, replaced or refunded in line with EP Sports company policy. This is subject to the provision of clear photographic evidence of the fault, the order number in full, and the date of order and receipt. EP Sports reserves the right to return the product, and refuse this exception, should no defect be found.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact EP Sports at 0800 049 2365.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the item, and the reason for the return.
- You will receive further information regarding the returns process.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the kit provider will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the transaction.
5. Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. This is because all items are custom-made to order. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Should an item be found with no defects or faults, customers will be charged for the shipping costs to re-order the item.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact the kit provider as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement or refund. This is the only circumstance where a return, refund or exchange is possible – you must provide sufficient evidence [See 2.2 above].
