Team Surrey Running & Athletics Club is a club open to all abilities and standards. We offer training and guidance that can benefit both those looking to compete at high standards and partake in BUCS competitions, as well as those wanting to maintain their fitness whilst getting to know others with the same interest. Our training caters for all types of individuals by offering weekly casual runs, circuit training sessions and having close ties with Guildford and Godalming AC.

We send athletes hoping to compete on a more serious level to GGAC to receive specialist training and coaching, with access to a track. Our training also covers those who simply enjoy a casual run as well as serious sprinters and endurance athletes.

Everyone is welcome and socials are a great opportunity to allow everybody to get to know one another.  The Running and Athletics club is widely accessible as running is a brilliant sport that is easy to partake in and provides an easy way of keeping fit whilst you are at uni! Whether you want to train for a Parkrun or for the London Marathon, we are here to encourage and support you.
