Monday Runday

Every Monday evening at 6:30pm. Meet outside Simply Fresh for a social run at a pace where you can have a conversation and meet new people.

This year we typically have 5 groups with paces ranging from run/walk to 5:00 min/km pace. these groups will run between 5 and 10 km depending on the speed of the group and we all hope to be back around the same time so you can come with friends of any ability.

Circuits

Every Wednesday at 5:30pm, we take over the Rubix dancefloor for a student led HIIT session.

A great place to come work on running-specific muscle groups like your core and legs as well as meet like-minded people from across the club.


Hill Session

With plenty of hilly locations such as the Cathedral and Pewley Hill, the aim of this session is to improve running performance with drills and hills available for anyone to join. Starting every Sunday at 2pm, meeting by SimplyFresh we’ll head over to the week’s hill location.

Track Training

These sessions are led by GGAC coaches and offer distance specifics sessions every Tuesday at the Spectrum track. Open to all athletes looking to improve and wanting a more structured regime. For more details contact the committee.
