National Performance Squad
The National Performance Squad, commonly known as Performance, is a part of the TeamSurrey Performance Programme. Swimmers benefit from access to a variety of services available at Surrey Sports Park. NPS has the luxury of world-class coaching both on land and in the pool, working alongside coaches from Guildford City Swimming Club.
Swimmers in NPS are expected to commit to their training regime and an appropriate lifestyle, designed to enable swimmers to maximise their sporting and educational potential.
