Training Times:

  • Mondays 18.30-20
  • Wednesday 14-15 or 15-16

Training occurs in the upper balcony of RUBIX! in the students union building on stag hill campus.

Monday sessions are fitness and conditioning pole sessions. Wednesday sessions are instruction of new pole moves and routines with out professional trainer Becky Sheilds from The Pole Studio. Wednesday sessions are repeats and are exactly the same, so please only attend one hour.

Memberships:

Purchase a £30 membership from the USSU webpage in order to attend all of our sessions. Any charity or open events and all socials are welcome to everyone!

A general note to members:

  • Arrive early to all sessions to insure enough time on the pole for everyone
  • Do not moisturise or fake tan for at least 3 days before sessions
  • Wear comfortable active wear – bralettes/vests and shorts will give you an advantage!
