What we do

President

As president you will do most of the heavy lifting and be managing the society and committee members to organize events and socials and LANs. Coordinating overall everything in the society and helping out committee members with their roles. Also communicating with other societies for collabs. Expected to attend all students union meeting sessions.

Vice-President

Assist President to do his job and basically the same thing as president, work together to make sure the society runs smoothly and well. Planning events and taking charge of the society.

Treasurer

Anything that is money based is the treasurers job, this includes buying things, setting up payments for memberships, setting up payed events, buying food for LAN, etc.

Social Sec

Plan Events Social media coordinator will make posts on all of our social media about upcoming events, socials and LAN parties. They coordinate with the graphical designer to make interesting and nice looking posts for socials at the request of the other committee members.and Make posts

Graphical Designer

Create graphics for annoucements, instagram posts, posters, banners, etc for events and so on. For this role it is important to know how to use graphical programs and nice looking posts.

Tech Bitch

Help President and Vice-Presidents Setup Sessions, LAN and anything that needs physical labor to be done.

Esports Coordinator

Coordinates all the Esports Representatives and makes any posts about Esports. Basically Anything related to Esports is up to Esports Coordinator and Reps.

Esports Representative

Each game that we have an Esports team has an Esports Representative, with coordinates that team. And Just Dance also has a representative.
