About Us
At Team Surrey Trampolining, we are one of the biggest indoor sports clubs at the University of Surrey. We believe in inclusive sport that caters to all abilities, even complete beginners! We often run fun sessions allowing all abilities to mix and have some fun together. We have a very new addition to the club in the form of our own double mini trampoline which is open to all levels – beginners right through to seasoned athletes.
For Beginners
If you are a beginner, you will enjoy training on the trampolines, and the DMT with fully qualified and friendly coaches, both students and non-students. You are in control of your training allowing you to progress at your own pace.
Our friendly coaches will work with you to allowing you to experience the real joy of bouncing and the thrill that it can give you, whilst helping with your fitness. Don’t forget we started where you are too!
For more experienced athletes
For more experienced members, you will enjoy a coaching programme delivered by student and external coaches, as well as our professional, high-performance coach.
Together with the coaching team, you can work to develop a coaching plan to reach your goals in training and competitions both on trampoline and DMT.
There is no pressure to compete. If you simply want to bounce for fun, and attend our socials you can! Our aim is to help you learn new skills and have fun in a friendly, relaxed environment. If you are more interested in the competitive side of the club head over to our competition page!
Socials!
We have a varied social side to the club which we are hoping to develop even further this year! This includes events such as ice skating, trips to creams and bar crawls. We are always open to new ideas so feel free to contact our social secretary with socials you would like to see organised!
