How to join!
Why that is an excellent question, the best thing to do is join the society (see section “Become part of the society!” below)
to stay up to date with what’s going on in the society, else just turn up to a session!
Come along to a session
Currently, we rehearse Tuesdays at 6:30 pm in 04 DK 03 (but this might change in September 2022)
All you need to do to join is bring your instrument (woodwind, brass – for percussion email the society first) and come along,
we’ll provide the conductor, the music and most importantly the biscuits
Become part of the society!
Navigate to the USSU website
- Visit https://surreyunion.org/
- Hover over “Activity” then click “Join a Club or a Society”
Get a Membership
- Search “concert band”
- Click the right arrow, then “Next”
Confirmation
- Agree to the Code of Conduct, then click “Pay”
(don’t worry, you won’t be charged) - That’s it, and you should now be added to the society officially and get access to the Teams channel
