Dua Kumayl + Discussion Circle

This is the staple event in the ABSoc calendar.

Every Thursday evening, we gather at The Roundhouse to recite Du’a Kumayl, a powerful dua that delves into the themes of love, guilt, repentance and hope.

We then commence a discussion circle on a faith-related topic that is of benefit, interest and relevance. These discussions are often guided by an individual with scholarly background or a student member presenting a researched topic.

This is a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere often with chai accompanied by talk and laughter.
