Global Game Jam

Join us for a beginner friendly university game jam designed to bring together students interested in game development creativity and collaboration. Whether you are a programmer designer artist or complete beginner this event is open to everyone regardless of experience.

Participants will work individually or in small teams to design and build a playable game within a limited time frame. The focus is on learning experimenting and having fun rather than competition. You will have the opportunity to meet new people develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in game development.

Support and guidance will be available throughout the event and there is no expectation to arrive with prior game development knowledge. You are welcome to use your own laptop or the available lab machines during the session.

The event is free to attend and open to students from all courses. Come along to learn build and create together in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
