Incite Magazine introductory talk

An intro talk for the Incite magazine. This is for those who aspire to write or help in any capacity with the magazine. Those who have not yet applied to be an Incite sec can apply at this time. We will review the plan for the year and allocate roles to individuals who wish to focus on specific subjects.
