Online for all students

Union Forum brings together the Officer Team to report on their manifesto progress, share updates on their work, and respond to questions from students. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Check Progress on Manifesto Promises

You voted them in, now see what they’ve actually accomplished. Sabbatical and Part-Time Officers will report directly on the progress made on their campaign promises so far.

  1. Help Shape Campus Life

Whether you’re a Course Rep bringing academic feedback, a society officer pushing for resources, a Postgrad needing targeted support, or just a student using campus facilities – this is a safe space for you to speak up.

  1. See Who’s Actually Showing Up

We’re introducing the Officer Attendance Chart this year. It’s a simple, public way to track which reps are consistently attending meetings and representing you, or who’s missing all the action.

  1. Get Real Answers in the Live Q&A

Have an issue with library hours, society funding, or course support? Ask your questions either during the meeting or submit them to ussu.information@surrey.ac.uk. The Officer Team will respond to your questions during the event.

Your campus. Your representatives. Your voice.

If you have any topics of discussion you’d like your Officer team to discuss at a Forum, please contact the Union at ussu.information@surrey.ac.uk. Alternatively, you can reach out to the Sabbatical Team in person or via e-mail.
