On Monday 16 June, the Union building will be closed due to a planned power outage on campus. Whilst the building will be closed, your Union is still going strong, working hard (at home!) to make sure that you can still access our services, Sabbatical Officers, and staff.
The Union building closure will mean that our Reception desk and our Collect+ service will be unavailable until Tuesday 17 June.
If you're looking to speak to one of our expert academic advisors, our Advice service will still be available to support you remotely. To contact the team, get in touch via ussu.advice@surrey.ac.uk. They'll get back to you within 2 working days, ensuring you're not waiting long for support.
Finally, if you're hoping to speak to one of our other staff members or a Sabbatical Officer, our teams will be working remotely, so if you have a question, contact us via email via ussu.information@surrey.ac.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
If you're looking for University support, do remember that the Hive on Stag Hill campus will also be closed on Monday 16 June. The Hive team will be relocated for the day to the reception desk on the ground floor of the Rik Medlik building, so if you'd like to speak to someone from the Hive team, pop into Rik Medlik.
