Our most recent Union trip took us to the colourful seaside city of Brighton! After travelling with everyone down to Brighton, I started the day at Nowhere Man Café with my sister for some pancakes to fuel us up ready to delve further into the town centre. After our breakfast, we wandered through the lanes, taking in all the quirky boutiques and vintage spots that make Brighton such a unique city.

One of the shops we came across was a clothing store that also offered drinks. I really wanted to try something new, so I tried an iced cherry matcha, which was surprisingly good!

We then continued walking through the city and headed towards the pier, and we ended the day the classic way; with fish and chips by the sea.

We had such a fun day exploring the city with its unique atmosphere, delicious food, quirky shops and the refreshing sea breeze.
