Our most recent Union trip took us to the magical Winchester Christmas Market, and it truly felt like stepping straight into a festive postcard. I went along with my sister, and we started the day by wandering through Winchester’s beautiful high street, exploring the shops and getting into the holiday spirit.

When we arrived at the Christmas market, the atmosphere was incredible, with rows of cosy wooden stalls, twinkling lights, and the smell of festive food everywhere. There were so many unique stalls to browse, from handmade gifts to Christmas decorations and winter treats. I grabbed some loaded fries while my sister tried the market’s famous samosas, which definitely lived up to the hype.

We spent most of the evening strolling through the market and around the town, taking in all the Christmas decorations and soaking up the festive vibe. Before heading back to Guildford, we stopped by a local café for some holiday drinks, the perfect way to warm up after exploring all evening.

Winchester definitely delivered on the Christmas magic and a lovely trip to get everyone in the holiday mood.
