If you’re looking to take on paid part-time work during your time at Surrey, look no further than your Union. Every year, we employ around 150 students to help run our venues, administer our activities, and support the student community.

Working with us will provide you with a wide range of transferrable skills, from teamwork to problem-solving, and development opportunities along the way. We currently have a number of part-time roles available to University of Surrey students. Below are our current opportunities:

• Supervisor – We have Supervisor positions available at both Manor Park Social and Rubix. Supervisor roles involve leading a small team of student staff to ensure customers have a good experience in our venues. 
• Duty Manager – We are looking for experienced student staff to take on the role of Duty Manager, capable of leading a shift in Rubix.
• Events Assistant – We are looking for enthusiastic student staff to support us in running our range of events at the Students’ Union, both daytime and evening.
• Front of House Assistant – We are recruiting for students to join our team on reception at the Students’ Union, to be a professional and friendly welcome for students and visitors.
