Join us for a unique hands-on session helping to care for historic student registration cards with the University's Archives team. Attendees will assist in gently cleaning and preparing the cards for rehousing, contributing directly to the preservation of the university’s archival collections.
Alongside this we’ll gain insights into the lives of women students who studied at Battersea during the 1920s–1940s, and a digital display in the research room will also highlight notable staff and students from the University of Surrey’s history, including pioneering physicist Professor Daphne Jackson.
