121 Listening Service – book your free ticket to have an informal 121 chat with a Talk Together Peer Support Facilitator for 25 minutes.
Students are welcome to talk about anything that’s on their mind. Common topics may include assessment and academic concerns, loneliness, anxiety, or something else that’s going on for them.
Sessions run Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 6pm-8pm. Please choose the time slot you wish to book when purchasing your ticket.
Students can choose whether you would like your session to be in-person or online. You must specify if you would prefer in-person or online when purchasing your ticket. In your confirmation email, you will receive information on where to go or how to join the session.
Please note: Volunteers are trained to practice empathetic and active listening. They are not there to give advice as they are not professionals and will signpost to relevant services and/or escalate where appropriate.
