Join us for Union Connects: Soundbath, a calming mindfulness session delivered as part of the Don’t Worry Surrey campaign with Support Zone.
Step into a space where sound becomes a pathway to stillness. This immersive experience invites you to lie back, close your eyes, and be gently carried by layers of soothing tones, resonant frequencies, and rhythmic vibrations. Using instruments such as singing bowls, flute, and gentle drum, each sound is carefully woven to quiet the mind, soften the body, and guide you into a deeply restful state.
This free activity running on May 20th, 1pm–3pm at The Round House (a quieter, more secluded space).
There will be two 45-minute sessions, each starting with a guided meditation leading into the soundbath:
Take a break, reset, and enjoy a peaceful afternoon.
You will be gently guided into a deep space of relaxation. There is nothing to do and nowhere to be. Just an opportunity to surrender, release tension, and drift into a sense of calm that lingers long after the final note fades. Like a meditation without effort, the sound journey creates room for rest, clarity, and quiet reconnection.
