Signatories and committee members can request teaching rooms through your Club/Society Portal. If you require a room on campus, there is a minimum of 2 working days needed to facilitate the booking. Confirmation will be sent to the signatory member that requested the booking via email, and the booking request will be updated in your Club/Society Portal.

Groups can make 2 types of booking requests: public events and private events.

Public events are published to the What's On Calendar once the request has been confirmed and a room has been allocated, and it will also be shown on your Club/Society webpage.
Private events are hidden from the What's On Calendar, and are not visible on your Club/Society webpage. Private event requests should only be submitted for small, internal activities such as committee meetings or planning sessions.

Please make sure that you treat the rooms with the utmost respect to help keep the rooms, equipment and blocks in prestige condition. Please try to refrain from changing the layout of the room where possible and leave the rooms exactly how you found them at the start of your bookings.

We would encourage you to take pictures at the start and end of your bookings, so that damages cannot be linked back to your club or society. If you notice any damages at the start of your booking, if any damages are caused during your booking, or if anything isn't working in the room, please report this to us as soon as possible.
