Existence
The president, Vice President and Treasurer should exist because each role has different responsibilities that help the society run rpoeperly. The president leads and manages the society, the vice presentable supports the president and helps with organisation, and the treasurer manages finances and budgeting. Having these roles makes sure responsibility’s are divided properly, decisions are organised, and the society can run smoothly and effectively.
