-£35The Team Surrey Sailing club is a vibrant and inclusive society that caters to everybody from complete novices who have never seen a boat before, to seasoned sailors and racers. Whether you're eager to embark on your sailing journey or looking to improve your existing skills, the club offers a range of activities and opportunities that can suit your interests.
We train on Wednesday afternoons at Frensham Sailing Club, meeting outside of surrey sports park at 1 o'clock.
Our main form of competition is team racing in Fireflies, where we race in both BUCS competitions as well as events hosted by other universities, which are great for meeting other sailors and practising the art of team racing against different teams. The club also aims to compete in BUCS fleet and match racing! These competitions take place on weekends and are always a great time.
