StagTV

StagTV is the university's award-winning student-run TV station! It's at heart a broadcast and film making society, anyone is welcome regardless of how much experience they have. We provide all the training you need and plenty of chances to get involved, including our regular series, interesting commercial projects all the way through to large scale live streams with thousands of viewers!

Our members have access to all our industry-standard equipment, computers, and knowledge, which makes us the perfect society for people who want to take part in exciting, creative projects with relevant kit without any pressure. We work closely with many sports clubs and performance societies to film and livestream their productions. From camera operating, to directing a live show, to crafting a short film from nothing, stagtv is the perfect opportunity to scratch that filmmaking or live television itch!

In addition to our short films and gigs, we also run regular socials where members get a chance to meet new people with similar interests, from movie and board game nights to pub crawls!
