SFS fosters Filipino culture and brings together a community for Filipinos and others.
SFS is dedicated to promoting Filipino culture and creating a supportive community for both Filipino and non-Filipino students. Our goal is to raise awareness of Filipino heritage and give a welcoming environment where students can socialise and share experiences.
Events in the society:
Sportsfest - one of the biggest events of the year, sfs sportsfest celebrates youth empowerment through basketball and volleyball, bringing together Filipino societies from other universities.
Meet and greets - These gatherings aim to bring together a community where students can meet other students to form new bonds and friendships. Games and Food are usually provided at these types of events
Karaoke nights, games nights, movie nights
