Musical Theatre Society Autumn Showcase 2025

The Musical Theatre Society is requesting to book the University Hall for our annual Autumn Showcase on the 28th and 29th November 2025 (the show will take place at 7:30pm with doors opening at 7:00pm). We will require access for tech and dress rehearsals in the days leading up to the performance (Monday 24th November - Thursday 27th November). 

This performance event features a variety of musical theatre numbers performed by society members and is one of our key showcases of the year. It provides a platform for students to express and develop their creative talents, and attracts a large audience from both the university and wider community.

The hall is required due to its stage facilities, lighting and sound equipment, and audience seating capacity, which are essential for the safe and effective delivery of the showcase. No other space on campus meets the technical and spatial needs of the event.

We will have a full set stage and lighting in the hall which we can't remove until the end of our booking.
