How to get setup on TixTu

Create an account with TixTu using your email address and confirm your email address with the link sent to your inbox. You can use any email address for this account.

Download the TX.IS app for your device and additionally register for a TX.IS account using the same email address you used for your TixTu account.

To find our nightlife events, either visit our events page on TixTu, or on the TX.IS app head to the ‘Find’ tab and select the Union logo. You should now be able to see all of the Students’ Union events. Select the event you’d like to purchase tickets for.

Next you will need to validate your student status. On any of our events, select ‘Join Group’ in the green box. You’ll need your student number and date of birth, both of which are on your student ID, you’ll only need to do this once as your account will be linked to your student number permanently.

Finally your tickets will appear on TX.IS app. This is the only place to find your tickets, and they will not be available in the email confirmation, if you are having any issues please contact us at ussu.information@surrey.ac.uk
