Struggling to adjust to cooking for yourself after leaving home? Overwhelmed by a busy schedule and not sure how you're going to have time for 'adulting' around studies? Want to eat healthier but not sure where to start? This event is an introduction to meal prep designed to help students get to grips with cooking for themselves and eating well at university. We'll address some of the unique challenges neurodivergent people may face in the kitchen and find ways you can adapt meal prep to meet their individual needs. Whether you want to eat healthier or just learn some coping strategies to make cooking a little less stressful, we've got you covered. We'll share tips and tricks, run a demonstration and do some guided journalling on how to master meal prep and own your nutrition. All students are welcome, whether or not they have a formal diagnosis. Snacks and plus ones are also invited.
