Aims

Our aim is to Introduce Jainism religion on campus that connects students through Jain principles, culture, Jain core values like Ahimsa, Jain philosophy , ethics and lifestyle through talks, discussions and events. Also, We represent Jain Dharma on campus by promoting Lord Mahavir’s teachings of Ahimsa(Non-violence) and the principles of “Live and Let Live", so students gain a clear understanding of Jain way of life and live with balance and self control.

Existence

1. To spread the teachings of Lord Mahavir and his message of Ahimsa, truth, self-discipline, and compassion. 2. To help students understand Jain Dharma as a practical way of life, not just a religion. 3. To promote the Jain principle of “Live and Let Live”, Non violence which respects all forms of life. 4. To explain core Jain concepts such as Jeeva (soul), Karma, Jin-shasan, and Jeev-Aatma in a simple and modern way. 5. To guide students on how a Jain lives daily with mindfulness, discipline, and ethical choices while organizing activities such as Jain 108JAAP sessions and manymore. 6. To encourage students about conscious living by understanding what to practice and what to avoid according to Jain values (non-violence in thoughts, words, and actions). 7.To create awareness of Jain culture, traditions, and celebrating festivals among students such as Mahavir Jayanti. 8. Last but not the least is to organize Jain-based activities so students can experience and understand Jain culture in practice.
