Complete the form below detailing what your new Club or Society would look like and its purpose.
Get support for your group.
You will need to find 20 students to support your new group. Simply send them a link to your draft group from the links further down this page and ask them support it's creation.
Activity Zone Meeting
After gaining student support you will be invited to the next Activity Zone Meeting to present your group to the VP Activity and Activity Zone part-time officers.
Head to Societies Standings
If successful at the Activity Zone meeting, you will be invited to the next Society Standings for you to market your new group to the current society signatories. Gain their support to become ratified!
Elect your committee
Once you have been ratified your new group will be fed into the next election period for signatories. Once three signatories are elected your group will be active.
