Calisthenics

The university's calisthenics society.

A society aimed to promote the Calisthenics method of training. This is a training that uses only compound bodyweight exercises (basics include pull-ups, push-ups, dips etc. ), but has endless room for improvement. Simple but effective. Commonly used by athletes of all disciplines (Mike Tyson and Bruce Lee to name a few) who are looking to achieve functional strength and endurance. If you are looking for a sport that sparks simultaneous mental and physical improvement, look no further.
