Aims

The Orthopaedic Society aims to support and inspire medical students with an interest in orthopaedics by providing educational opportunities, practical skills sessions, career guidance, and exposure to the specialty through talks, workshops, and networking with clinicians.

Existence

The society exists to bridge the gap between undergraduate teaching and real-world orthopaedic practice, offering students early, structured exposure to orthopaedics, improving confidence in musculoskeletal medicine, and supporting informed career decisions in a highly competitive surgical specialty.
