Destination Success Employability Programme: For many graduates, securing their first role can be challenging. Good grades are important, but employers are also seeking individuals who can adapt, collaborate, and network well. Destination Success aims to bridge that gap by focusing on core skills such as teamwork, communication, resilience, and problem-solving.
