Goat Yoga
Join us for a very specialist yoga class with the happiest goats you will ever meet! At Goat Yoga, spend a joyful hour with a small herd of rescue goats who have been rescued from petting farms when they were no longer considered 'cute enough', and who now live happy, playful lives in a peaceful rewilded setting. Passionate about animal welfare and spreading smiles, Michaela created these sessions to bring people together in a unique way that boosts wellbeing while giving rescued animals a second chance. Her sessions are all about fun, connection, and leaving with a lighter heart and mind, plus maybe a goat selfie or two. What to expect: 1 hour yoga class taught by a fully qualified instructor with 15 minutes at the endfor goat cuddles. Goat Yoga is a normal yoga class, just with the addition of ridiculously cute goats! The goats interact with you during the yoga routine creating a huge element of fun but also calming animal therapy. If you like yoga, animals and a bit of fun, this class is for you! All mats provided. No prior yoga experience needed, suitable for all levels and all goat lovers. There will be a member of staff on hand at all times to quicky and efficiently clear up any little indiscretions so that class may proceed smoothly. Please wear clothing suitable for yoga and that covers your back, as the goats' hooves can be a bit scratchy! Godalming Goat Yoga Ethics and values are at the core of what we do at Godalming Goat Yoga, both for our class participants and our goats. Our goats are a range of ages, and all beautiful characters. We do not believe in restricting yoga goats to babies only. Character is everything, and our Pygmy Pirates have it in abundance! Michaela is a fully qualified and insured yoga instructor and has been teaching in schools, hospitals, corporate events, sports parks and festivals for many years, in Surrey and beyond! The safety of her clients and animals is her top priority, as well as the enjoyment of both at these classes! Please note: tickets will be required for this event.

Don't Worry Surrey X Community Garden Takeover
Don’t Worry Surrey is honoured to be doing a very special takeover of the Community Garden’s weekly lsquo;Garden & Grow’ sessions, alongside the Horticultural Society. The Community Garden Sessions take place every Tuesday 12:30-13:45. Located at Community Garden, Stag Hill Campus (near Roundhouse). Throughout our Don't Worry Surrey Campaign, we wanted to shine a light on the Community Garden and the benefits of being in nature in times of stress. These special sessions will be running on the 12th, 19th, 26th May, and 2nd June. The Community Garden is a place to get away from the screens, deadlines and dorms! We sow seeds, care for them as they grow, keep the weeds at bay and generally have a lovely time outside - or in our polytunnel in less sunny weather! It’s a great place to meet people, learn new skills and nurture your own wellbeing. All experience levels welcome. Talk as much or as little as you like. Neuroaffirmative and inclusive. No ticket needed, just turn up! Sessions run no matter the season, and are only ever cancelled due to appalling weather or staff sickness.

Union Connects: Soundbath
Join us for Union Connects: Soundbath, a calming mindfulness session delivered as part of the Don’t Worry Surrey campaign with Support Zone. Step into a space where sound becomes a pathway to stillness. This immersive experience invites you to lie back, close your eyes, and be gently carried by layers of soothing tones, resonant frequencies, and rhythmic vibrations. Using instruments such as singing bowls, flute, and gentle drum, each sound is carefully woven to quiet the mind, soften the body, and guide you into a deeply restful state. This free activity running on May 20th, 1pm-3pm at The Round House (a quieter, more secluded space). There will be two 45-minute sessions, each starting with a guided meditation leading into the soundbath: Group 1: 1.15pm-2pm Group 2: 2.15pm-3pm Take a break, reset, and enjoy a peaceful afternoon. You will be gently guided into a deep space of relaxation. There is nothing to do and nowhere to be. Just an opportunity to surrender, release tension, and drift into a sense of calm that lingers long after the final note fades. Like a meditation without effort, the sound journey creates room for rest, clarity, and quiet reconnection.
