Want to be a Rep in the next academic year? Well, now is your chance!
Course Rep elections are happening now until the middle of April. From 31/03/2025 until 10/04/2025, you can nominate yourself for the role here. Once you have nominated yourself, we will then have a week of voting from 11/04/2025 until 16/04/2025.
What do Course Reps do?
Research student opinion – Chat to the students on your course and gather as much feedback as possible, whether it is positive feedback or something that needs changing.
Represent students – You will attend departmental meetings held by the University twice a semester to give a voice to what your fellow students have said, and you will also moderate your feedback board on MySurrey Voice powered by Unitu to raise student feedback between meetings.
Report back – Finally, you will let students know what has happened because of their feedback! This shows students the value of sharing their opinions with you and the University.
