During Don’t Worry Surrey we have supported 423 advice cases and attended 73 Quick Query meetings in the first four weeks of 2024!
Throughout the January Assessment Period, we’ve supported you with EC applications and answered specific questions around topics such as the Appeals process and online exam concerns. As part of the Don’t Worry Surrey Campaign, we’ve been glad to have been available for you, whatever your needs were, over such an important period of your university experience.
We are proud to be here to represent you, your academic interests and to provide you with independent advice and support, and it seems you appreciate it too, with 79% of students satisfied with the Union support service, according to the latest pulse survey, which is up by 12%.
And it doesn’t stop there!
