We’re embarking on an exciting project to deepen our understanding and support for first-generation University students, (first in a family to enter Higher Education).
This initiative aims to explore how first-generation students are supported from pre-university stages; throughout their experience at Surrey; and progressing into finding employment after University.
Information from this work will inform the Students’ Union’s student submission for the upcoming University’s Access and Participation Plan.
