Speak Week: Student Voice Forum – Tuesday 19 November
Speak Week is a campaign run by the Voice Zone to gather the views of our student members. Speak Week runs from 18 – 22 November, and we want to hear your suggestions for change at Surrey! During Speak Week, we will be asking all students to tell us what they would change if they were in charge of the University and the Students’ Union. This is your chance to share your ideas on what you would change, improve, or add to the university experience to make it the best it can be.
During Speak Week, we are holding Student Voice Forum and your VP Voice, Luana will ask a number of questions on topics such as cost of living, academic and wellbeing support, personal tutoring, and accommodation to a panel of senior University staff to hear what improvements they have planned this year. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to attend and make your voice heard by submitting questions during the event which will all have a response from the University during or after the Forum. The meeting is held online and you can join through the link below.
You can also get involved in Speak Week by filling in our online feedback form, answering two questions about what you would do if you were in charge of the Union or the University. This form is anonymous, but if you’d like to leave your email address, you will get one entry into our Speak Week prize giveaway where ten students will each win £20!
If you have any other questions please get in touch with VP Voice, Luana at ussu.vpvoice@surrey.ac.uk
