Student Voice Forum and the Students’ Union’s Annual Members Meeting (AMM) will take place on 2 May 2024
The AMM is due to take place on Thursday 2 May, 19:30 – 20:00 online via Microsoft Teams Live Events, following Student Voice Forum (18:30 – 19:30). All students are invited to attend the meeting which is the Union’s version of an AGM. The purpose of the meeting is for students to approve the Union’s current policies for the year to come.
The AMM will focus on the Union’s Annual Report, policy discussions, and any submissions made by members. All other papers, including the Union’s financial statements and staff Diversity Report are included in the AMM papers for the interest of our members as appendices but will not be formally presented at the meeting. You need to attend in order to cast your vote on policy, and take an active part in the business of the Union!
Attending the AMM and casting your vote will enter you into our Speak Week Prize Giveaway where 5 students at random will each win a £50 prize draw!
