This semester we have been running a bye-election to fill three vacant positions in our officer team – Societies Chair, and two Support Zone Committee Members.
Our candidates have been campaigning this week, and attended Question Time on Wednesday when they discussed their manifesto aims. Voting opened shortly afterwards and closed Friday 3 November.
We are now pleased to announce that students who have been elected are:
Surrey Societies Chair – Alexandre Symeonidis-Herzig
Support Zone Committee – Akeya Herbert and Zoë Powell
They will take office from immediate effect until July 31 2024.
