If you wish to bring a guest speaker to campus, please complete the following:

1. Review the Guest Speaker Policy document
2. Complete the Guest Speaker Request Form
   • Please save the document with the following file name format: <guest speaker name> – <academic year>
3. Upload your Guest Speaker Request Form
